Colab4Growth is a 100% black-women owned personal mastery and an SMME venture building consultancy supporting first generation African entrepreneurs to build and grow purposeful, value-adding, viable and profitable business assets that enable them to grow their wealth, impact society and contribute to the economy meaningfully.
Anchored in our mission of growing people and growing businesses, we pride ourselves in delivering strategic, customized and comprehensive solutions that enable entrepreneurs to lead purposeful lives and build businesses that matter.
Our end to end support delivered in collaboration with our network partners including (entrepreneurship funders, business professionals, consultants, coaches, mentors and industry service providers etc.) enables us to equip new entrepreneurs to move from idea to market and support established entrepreneurs to transition from survivalist to viable,sustainable and lasting growth.
We have supported over 300 entrepreneurs in South Africa and are organically growing our global footprint. We believe entrepreneurs are change-makers and the back-bone of economies. We are committed to backing them so that they can realize their dreams by equipping them to build their wealth, contribute meaningfully to the economy and playing a part in solving some of the most pressing global challenges.

Xoliswa Moraka
CEO & FOUNDER
Xoliswa Moraka, affectionately known as “The Purposeful Entrepreneur” is a serial entrepreneur, SMME Business growth strategist, Equality Activist, Speaker and a seasoned Economic Development Programme management specialist with 16 years experience of designing, managing and executing development programmes that aim to facilitate and advance the economic inclusion, participation and prosperity of African people in the formal economic through access to employment or entrepreneurship development opportunities.
Xoliswa Moraka’s entrepreneurship journey started at the age of 23 when she quit her first Corporate Job to set up her own business, helping young people from Alexandra Township to prepare for the world of work. She went on to start other businesses with varied degrees of success and failures along the way. In 2018, she founded Colab4Growth as her mission business endeavoring to inspire, empower and equip entrepreneurs to grow themselves and their businesses into value adding assets. Colab4Growth is a global personal mastery and entrepreneurship development consultancy for entrepreneurs.
She is a self-published author of an entrepreneurship guide-book titled, “The Entrepreneurial Guide To the Promised Land.” with this book she hopes to inspire and equip entrepreneurs to lead purposeful lives and build businesses that matter.
Xoliswa, serves as an entrepreneurship judge in various start-up competitions, guest advisor on the National Radio station Lesedi FM, Thakgoha breakfast show, she is also a guest advisor on Vuma FM a Kwazulu Natal based commercial radio station. She has been featured in various radio, tv and newspaper publications and podcasts such as (Morning Live, Radio 2000, Kaya FM, Soweto Tv, SME on Point, Umhlobo Wenene, Sowetan and many more to
share her story and advisory to entrepreneurs. Her lived experience as an entrepreneur and her multilingual ability to communicate in most of the South African languages makes her a sought-after Advisor and Facilitator in the country because she can translate the complex subject of entrepreneurship into easier, doable and achievable activities to help entrepreneurs move forward.
Outside of Work Xoliswa is a present, loving and dedicated mother of two girls whom she homeschools, to relax she enjoys cooking and reading books about (personal mastery, biographies and business). Xoliswa desires to travel the world with family, doing what she loves, learning and growing from each experience.
