My Purposeful Business Plan
I know, I know, I know 💆🏾♀️💆🏾♀️💆🏾♀️, when you hear the word #businessplan you are thinking about a 100page document that is normally prepared by a professional, but which most business owners hardly read or implement the strategies set out in it.
You can be rest assured, a business plan does not need to be 100 pages or to be impractical.
It is a living document that can be a One-Pager Visual or written in a napkin to help you clarify the critical areas of your business building journey, set goals, identify critical resources required to fulfill the mission you have set out to do through your business.
In this video I share the 9 areas of your business plan you must work on clarifying in order to build it into an asset of value. Once you have the plan in place, you BIG step is to go out and test it with your market, be flexible to change what does not work and adopt what does because a business is about continuous iteration in order to create value and reap the rewards of the asset vehicle.
